We do not seek or request special categories of data (health, political opinions, biometrics, etc.). Our services target businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 16. Written parental or guardian consent is required for minors appearing in productions.
Website content and CMS data are hosted with cloud providers using EU infrastructure or countries with an adequate level of protection. Emails sit with our email provider and invoices in our accounting system. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
We ask only for the data each purpose needs and delete or anonymise it once the reason for keeping it ends. You can request deletion at any time at info@orismos.gr, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax records).
