01What counts as personal data

Personal data is any information that identifies you directly or indirectly: name, email, phone, company address, tax number, IP address, cookie identifiers, and also photos or video in which you appear.

02Categories of data we hold

  • Visitor data: technical browsing data and contact-form submissions.
  • Client data: contact details, billing details, project content, and any account access you grant us for delivery.
  • Audiovisual material: photos and video from productions, with separate consent / contractual release for the people featured.
  • CMS user data: email and login data for team members.

03Special categories & minors

We do not seek or request special categories of data (health, political opinions, biometrics, etc.). Our services target businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 16. Written parental or guardian consent is required for minors appearing in productions.

04Where data is stored

Website content and CMS data are hosted with cloud providers using EU infrastructure or countries with an adequate level of protection. Emails sit with our email provider and invoices in our accounting system. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

05Minimisation & deletion

We ask only for the data each purpose needs and delete or anonymise it once the reason for keeping it ends. You can request deletion at any time at info@orismos.gr, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax records).
